An engineering approach that turns an idea on a drawing into a working structure on site.
METAL ART provides pipelines, process piping systems and pipe spool fabrication for energy, oil and natural gas projects. Our services cover preparation of pipes and fittings, cutting, bevelling, fit-up, welding, prefabrication, site assembly and commissioning. We apply precise, traceable fabrication processes to carbon steel, stainless steel and project-specific alloys. Pressure class, temperature, corrosion conditions and operational safety guide our work on process lines, pressure piping, fluid transfer lines and utility systems. Fabrication and installation are based on ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8 where required by the project. Welds are inspected using visual, penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic and other non-destructive methods. Completed systems undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, leak checks, line cleaning and commissioning preparation.
Precision welding and welding technologies We carry out precision welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel and special alloys according to material properties and project specifications. TIG, MIG/MAG, electrode, plasma and submerged arc welding produce controlled, high-strength joints with low distortion. Where required, we verify weld quality through VT, PT, UT and RT non-destructive testing. Heat treatment and metallurgy Project-specific heat treatment improves the mechanical properties of welded parts, reduces residual stress and helps control material structure. Preheating, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), stress relief and controlled cooling are selected according to material type, wall thickness and service conditions. Metallurgical assessment monitors hardness, microstructure, cracking and the heat-affected zone (HAZ).
METAL ART provides professional blasting, industrial painting and packaging to protect metal surfaces against corrosion and extend coating life. We remove rust, mill scale, oil and old coating residues to create a suitable surface profile. We apply epoxy primers, intermediate coats, polyurethane topcoats and industrial protective coating systems according to the project specification. Surface preparation, ambient conditions, dry film thickness (DFT) and coating continuity are checked to support long-term corrosion protection. Products are packed using protective wrapping, pallets, securing systems and moisture barriers according to dimensions, weight, transport method and shipping conditions. This protects fabricated items against impact, scratches, moisture and environmental exposure during storage and transit.
METAL ART provides mechanical piping, site installation and commissioning for industrial facilities, power plants and infrastructure projects. We install process, compressed air, steam, hot water, fire protection, cooling and utility lines according to project specifications. Completed fabrication and installation undergo visual inspection, NDT, hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing, flushing and leak checks. As-built documentation and commissioning support help complete site operations safely, systematically and sustainably.
METAL ART provides skilled personnel from Türkiye and project-based workforce solutions for industrial projects in Germany and Europe. We supply welders, pipe fitters, steel erectors, mechanical technicians, maintenance personnel, forklift and crane operators, foremen and site support teams. Assignments are planned according to project duration, site conditions and technical qualifications. Vocational credentials, welder certificates, safety training, work permits, visas, insurance and social security documents are assessed in accordance with the host country’s requirements. Assignments in Germany and Europe are conducted through appropriately authorised companies and partners. We provide professional loading and unloading teams for factories, warehouses, ports and construction sites. Loading, unloading, palletising, packaging, equipment transport, stock organisation and internal logistics follow occupational health and safety requirements. METAL ART matches qualified people with the right projects to meet workforce needs quickly, safely and systematically. We develop tailored solutions for short- and long-term projects based on headcount, expertise and assignment duration.
